MUNarchy 2025”, Organised by Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee Model United Nations (IRMUN), is an engaging and stimulating opportunity to delve into the world of international relations, policymaking, and constructive dialogue for students across various colleges and schools. Scheduled to take place from 17th to 19th January, at the IIT Roorkee campus, the conference invites students from colleges and schools across the country to engage with pressing global and national issues while developing critical skills such as negotiation, public speaking, and strategic thinking.

What is an MUN?
A Model United Nations (MUN) conference is an academic simulation of global diplomacy, where participants take on the roles of delegates representing countries or organizations to discuss and address pressing international as well as national issues. Through structured debates, collaborative problem-solving, and the drafting of resolutions, MUN conferences provide a platform for students to explore the complexities of international relations, diplomacy, and policymaking.
