The two day conference will be held on 15th-16th Jan 2016 with a theme of GAP Analysis based on “Industry Demands & Educational Supply”. The conference will try to address the reasons for the gaps between the industry and education as well as try to seek appropriate solutions. The real motive is to understand the challenges we face in bridging this gap.
Sources at Kaushalyam said that with rapid globalization, the job market has become competitive.

Students, faculty and participants can present papers on the topic of gap analysis at the conference. The last day for submission is 14th January.
