The Guest Lecture Team at SCMHRD recently conducted Odyssey 2024
Confluence of Thoughts, its annual flagship event, on the 4th and 5th of October,2024. Themed around ‘Vision 2030: Pioneering the Path to Business Evolution’, the event, a fusion of offline and online sessions, showcased five panel discussions featuring 21 dynamic industry professionals from various sectors.
Odyssey 2024: Day 1
The event commenced with great enthusiasm with an engaging panel discussion on the topic “Building Brand Loyalty in a Digital First World”. This inaugural session set the tone for the day, featuring industry experts from MRF, RazorPay, Disney+Hotstar, and ManageEngine. The event was graced by the institute’s Deputy Director, esteemed faculty, and over 350 students
Odyssey 2024: Day 2
The second Day of Odyssey 2024 comprised of engaging panel discussions on
Human Resources, Business Analytics and Infrastructure Development Management. Experts from Lenskart, S&P Global and ANZ discussed “Leadership in the Age of Transformation: Building Agile, Inclusive, and Purpose- Driven Organizations”. The Business Analytics Panel Discussion centered around “AI Powered Business Transformation: Shaping the Future of Industries by 2030” was led by Stalwarts from Bristlecone, Diageo, LogiNext, Tim Hortons and Cargill.
