Barcode 2024, hosted by Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS), Pune, is back to challenge the brightest managerial minds across India! Scheduled for the 5th and 6th of October, Barcode is one of the most prestigious inter-collegiate fests in the country, providing participants with an opportunity to showcase their leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. With top B-schools like IIMs, SIBM, and NMIMS competing, the stage is set for an action-packed, high-stakes experience that will test both individual talent and team spirit.

One of the major highlights of Barcode is the Best Manager competition, where participants will face a series of rigorous challenges designed to test their managerial skills under pressure. Complementing this is Media Mayhem, a press conference simulation where teams handle mock crises, and Tark, an intense debate that requires quick thinking and powerful arguments. There’s also Deal or No Deal, pushing participants to negotiate and strike the best deals, and the thrilling Excel Auction, where strategy meets risk management. These events are aimed at sharpening participants’ skills in negotiation, public relations, strategic decision-making, and crisis management
